The principle of micro-nano bubble generation is to utilize the mutual cutting and shearing between gas and liquid, cutting the gas into nanoscale bubbles. When bubbles reach the nanometer level, their surfaces will carry a large amount of charge, generating a large number of hydroxyl radicals.

    1.Principle and technology

    The principle of micro-nano bubble generation is to utilize the mutual cutting and shearing between gas and liquid, cutting the gas into nanoscale bubbles. When bubbles reach the nanometer level, their surfaces will carry a large amount of charge, generating a large number of hydroxyl radicals. These charges can adsorb organic matter in water, causing it to float and aggregate. Hydroxyl radicals can decompose organic matter such as ammonia nitrogen and permanganate index in water. In addition, Micro nano-bubbles can rapidly increase the dissolved oxygen content in water, promote the growth of microorganisms in water, attract a large number of fish to migrate, and then further absorb and decompose organic substances such as permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus in water through organisms, achieving the effect of improving water quality. The entire process involves 100% physical reactions without the addition of any chemical agents, enabling the restoration and re-establishment of a benign ecosystem.

    2.Technical characteristics

    • Micro nano-bubbles have the characteristic of automatic compression, eventually generating a crushing reaction. At the same time, they produce a large number of hydroxyl radicals with strong oxidizing properties, which strongly oxidize organic pollutants and form the final products CO2 and H2O.
    • Rapidly increase the dissolved oxygen content in water, eliminate odors, reduce ammonia nitrogen content and purify water quality; Improve dissolved oxygen and transparency, promote the autonomous restoration of ecosystems, and enhance the self-purification capacity of water bodies;
    • It is noise-free and does not disturb the residents. It can operate continuously for 24 hours. Even at the nearest shore, no sound can be heard at all. It is zero noise and does not affect the visitors' visit to the scenic area.  
    • Triple safety guarantee ensures stable and long-term operation. The equipment is connected to power with triple safety measures. Internal safety protection accessories of the equipment, overcurrent protectors connected to the distribution box, and air switches ensure absolute safety during equipment operation. In case of special weather and various sudden hydrological conditions, this equipment can operate safely and stably without any potential safety hazards.
    • The sole power source of the equipment is the water pump. The imported water pump is adopted, which has high stability, is not easy to be damaged and is simple to maintain in the later stage.

    3.Equipment operation effect

    When the device starts to operate, the water color of the water body starts to change due to the generation of ultrafine air bubbles, and the path of the air bubbles' diffusion and distribution can be clearly observed from the shore. The particle size of the ultrafine bubbles generated by this generator is related to the viscosity of the liquid, the higher the viscosity of the liquid environment, the more obvious and numerous the bubbles generated; the lower the viscosity, the larger the particle size of the bubbles generated. When the ratio of gas to water is 1:10, the ultra-micro bubble generator operates optimally.

    Note: The higher the salinity, the greater the viscosity of the water, the greater the viscosity of the liquid in which the product is used, the more obvious the effect.
